Position Summary:

Our Engineering Co-Op program is tailor-made for mechanical and electrical engineering students eager to integrate cutting-edge technologies into real-world applications. Program Duration:
This 3-6 month co-op is designed to immerse you in MPI’s design and manufacturing processes through hands-on, project-based experience under the guidance of seasoned professionals. Full-time hours are required during the summer and part-time hours will be required during the school year.
What You’ll Do:
Mechanical Engineering:
- Support continuous improvement in our LEAN culture.
- Perform product assembly, testing, and documentation.
- Participate in new product development and brainstorming sessions.
Electrical/Controls Engineering:
- Get hands-on with software programming for robotics, PLCs, HMIs.
- Develop and design electrical panels and create schematics.
- Assemble, test, and report on complex electromechanical systems.

Who You Are:
- A junior or senior in mechanical or electrical engineering.
