MPI Introduces Online Service and Parts Requisition Program

POUGHKEEPSIE, NY –MPI, the worldwide leader and innovator of
wax-room equipment has taken a significant step towards streamlining and simplifying the process by which customers can make a service or parts requisition.

MPI clients can now access and complete an online requisition form for parts or service from any web browser. Customers can also access the forms as a downloadable pdf which can be completed and e-mailed to the service department by simply clicking the “submit” button at the bottom of the form. This new service is intended to augment all currently available methods. You may still contact your agent or MPI directly via phone or email.

One of the biggest benefits of the new requisition program is that the customer can access it on any device, 24/7, 365 days a year. The forms can be filled out at the customers’ convenience without concern for time zones or other issues.

“MPI has created a program to help customers get the fastest and most accurate resolution to their service and parts needs,” said Mike Schipp, Support Services Manager.

The new program streamlines the process by ensuring that all pertinent information is received at one time, preventing the need for continual follow-up correspondence. It also verifies the accuracy of customer contact information and confirms that the correct parts order information is received. Precise details can be provided on the service form regarding each customer’s situation so the matter can be handled quickly and efficiently. Customers can also attach a picture of the part along with the machine serial number to make identification easier.

The new requisition forms will be available on the MPI website to customers, service department members and in all field technician kits.
