MPI Elevates Support Services Department – Taps experienced service manager to lead the team.

POUGHKEEPISE, NY, MAY 1, 2015: MPI, the worldwide leader and innovator of wax-room equipment has always been dedicated to providing world-class customer service and support. Until recently, support services has been managed within the MPI Production Department. In an effort to establish even higher levels of customer service, MPI has elevated the support services department within the organization, giving it its own executive leadership.

Leading the team will be Mike Schipp, MPI’s new Support Services Manager. Mike brings with him many years of customer service experience and a rich background in the Aircraft Industry, having held positions in maintenance service management, quality control and customer relations.

“Starting with my early days as an aircraft technician I learned how critical quality work was to my customers,” said Michael Shipp. “When I moved into service management, I quickly learned that good communication was equally critical to ensure that the job got done right. These are principals that I proudly bring to the MPI Support Services department.”

One of MPI’s core values is continuous improvement and that is exactly what has been accomplished by elevating the support services team within the organization. It gives the department its own seat at the MPI management table. As the newest member of the management team, Mike will represent a fresh voice of the customer in all areas of operation.
