MPI announces new Global Support Services
Enhanced Service Offerings and Worldwide Regional Support

MPI Inc., the worldwide leader in wax-room equipment, is continuing to expand the level of service it extends to its customers with the introduction of a new Global Support Services (GSS) program. GSS is a comprehensive program that covers a wide range of services – from warranty support, remote diagnostics, onsite maintenance, process optimization, spare parts, service maintenance agreements and training.

Since 1972, MPI has produced over 1,600 machines with 98.5% of them still currently in service. MPI’s Global Support Services was developed to address the expanding globalization of MPI customers in all regions of the world. The cornerstone to this program is the new Authorized Global Support Network (AGSN). The AGSN is a MPI factory-certified group of service personnel that are strategically located throughout the world. Each service provider has met stringent standards and undergone a rigorous training program before being authorized to represent MPI within their region.

This assures that you will receive the same quality of service accessible directly from the factory. AGSN offers quick and qualified response to customers’ support needs within their region. MPI’s new and expanded Service Maintenance Agreement (SMA) offers a smooth and reliable transition from warranty to SMA. The SMA can be tailored to fit within the customer’s needs and budget. This flexibility allows the customer the reassurance they are looking for to reap the benefits and value of their investment in MPI.

MPI has also lowered its service pricing as part of the new GSS program.
