MPI Inc. the worldwide leader in wax-room equipment has expanded its executive team with the addition of Jeff Rich as Vice-President and General Manager. “We are thrilled to have a person with Jeff’s skill set and experience level join the MPI management team,” said Bruce Phipps, MPI’s President and founder. Jeff will be based out of MPI’s New York world headquarters and will be responsible for the daily operations of the organization. Jeff reports directly to Bruce Phipps and will oversee new and ongoing initiatives designed to maximize customer service and streamline company operations.

Jeff Rich comes to MPI with impressive credentials, having spent much of his career in the aerospace industry. Jeff was a certified Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing leader at both General Electric Company and Textron, Inc. As a certified Master Black Belt in Six Sigma, Jeff brings with him extensive experience in the application of quality management initiatives in both manufacturing and service environments.

Jeff also gained valuable management experience in his previous leadership roles as Chief Operations Officer and VP/General Manager, initially becoming a Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing leader while working in the aircraft manufacturing industry. Jeff has also served in the US Army as both a strategic planner and helicopter pilot.

“After speaking with Bruce, it was obvious that MPI was not only a dynamic and growing company, but offers many opportunities for me to use my expertise to integrate and standardize MPI’s processes and resources, said Jeff Rich. We are a perfect fit.”

“I am proud to welcome Jeff to our company, said Bruce Phipps. I look forward to working with him as we continue to bring MPI to new levels of quality in our equipment, service and customer satisfaction.”
