Our MPI 45-12 demonstrates this technology by automatically removing patterns from a die, trimming the runner and accurately indexing the trimmed pattern onto a conveyor belt or tray. We are well on the way to seeing our vision of a lights out operation become a reality.

Process Control = Consistency
You determine the quality of your wax pattern (specs). MPI will supply the system to meet or exceed the consistency, and repeatability of patterns to your specifications. An optical inspection station is in development. It will permit a pattern to be automatically assessed against a set of pre-determined specifications. If a pattern falls short the operator will be immediately notified and the injection process will be halted until the appropriate corrective actions are made. |
